omg I love these two so much. Everything about their wedding day made me feel like I could shoot weddings for the literal rest of my life. The details, their hype wedding party, THE OUTFIT CHANGE. Lauren told me her one goal for the night was to have everyone throw her in the air and I think that basically tells you everythinng you need to know about her. That’s my type of bride!!!

This was my first time shooting at Cliffside Acres in Springfield, Ohio and it really lived up to the hype! It’s a blank canvas in all the best ways, and we got the perfect golden hour at the cliffs! The entire day was full of Jesus and pure joy for this marriage and I loved every minute of it!

We met at church a couple years ago and Lauren had Nate in the friendzone as they got to know each other in passing lol. Nate boldly decided to ask Lauren on their first date for her birthday. Within a 2 week time span, we decided to actually start a relationship, we both got hired as co-workers, and the world decided to shutdown due to COVID. Over the next several months, we had to learn how to date and get to know each other more through our own creative ways. We would build blanket forts in the basement and have takeout food picnics in the living room. We spent almost all hours of the day together (benefits of working on the same team) and definitely were able to grow WAY closer than we would've expected. It was the strangest, best type of whirlwind.
